I had the immense pleasure of being guided by Jasmine in what felt like the deepest dive into my own body. It was the first time in a ceremony, that I felt not only a purge in my physical and emotional bodies, but also a purge in my mind. The way this woman holds the space is so powerful, that even someone with a mind as strong as mine felt pushed to the edge and beyond, in a way that felt safe and pure. I felt very supported during my process. She held me with sweetness and simplicity, and I could feel the empathy of someone who has been 'there' herself. I have deep gratitude for Jasmine's work and I highly recommend it to anybody who is ready to fully let go of what no longer serves.
